Dolphin Heart Puja:

Come experience the Dolphin Heart Puja, a devotional art form that provides delight for your senses, food for your body & soul & pleasure for your whole being.

We celebrate Valentine’s Day with a focus on loving and celebrating ourselves from a place of acknowledging our divinity. 

From here, we are able to make more fulfilling connections with others.

Music & dance weaves a thread through a grounding and healing heart moving meditation. It is followed by guided exercises in which we express our needs and desires and have them met, while having healthy boundaries. A presence practice guides us into an elevated state of consciousness where our hearts transcend grief and open to fully appreciating beauty, love and pure pleasure.

A lovingly prepared gluten and dairy free dinner with dessert will be served.

This event is LGBTQIA+ friendly. All are welcome.

Attire

Please dress in comfy, layered clothing that you makes you feel attractive and allows you to dance and move comfortably. Please no strong scents /perfumes/laundry detergents for the environmentally sensitive.

Come join us in breathwork, ritual and dance to welcome the solstice.

The winter solstice is a time of rebirth and renewal, as we welcome the return of the light.

Please dress comfortably, in layers, and come prepared to move and have fun!

There is an optional gluten and dairy free potluck, after the dance. Please bring a dish to share.

Suggested donation $10-25.
